Return policy and instructions
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase you may return it to Covalin within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to the following exclusions and conditions.
Eligibility Conditions
All return items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered packaging and must include all packaging materials, manuals and accompanying items and accessories. If conditions are not met Covalin reserves the right to not accept the merchandise or charge a restocking fee of at least 15%.
Returns by mail
You must get a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number by either emailing sales@covalin.com or calling 321-622-4768. Once you have obtained your RMA number you are ready to return the merchandise. Place the merchandise into a sturdy shipping box and include the necessary protection to ensure the product does not get damaged in transit. Securely affix the shipping label to the outside of the package.
Return Postage
If we make a mistake and send you the wrong merchandise we will happily cover the cost of the return postage. If a customer ordered the wrong merchandise or if a customer no longer needs merchandise the return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We are happy to help with the shipping label and arranging pickup either way!

Limited Liability
Covalin is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are only responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise. Any claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.
